PAG-IBIG Housing Loan Requirements for OFWs
✅ Housing Loan Application Form (fully completed)
✅ Proof of Income – Any of the following:
- Employment Contract (translated if not in English)
- Latest payslip (3 months)
- Certificate of Employment with salary details
✅ Valid IDs (both borrower and spouse, if married)
✅ Special Power of Attorney (SPA) – If an attorney-in-fact is processing the loan in the Philippines
✅ Proof of Billing Address (either local or abroad)
✅ Post-Dated Checks (PDCs) for monthly amortization
PAG-IBIG Housing Loan Requirements (For Locally Employed Borrowers)
✅ Housing Loan Application Form (fully completed)
✅ Proof of Income – Any of the following:
- Latest Payslips (last 3 months)
- Certificate of Employment with Salary Details
- Income Tax Return (ITR) and BIR Form 2316
✅ Valid Government-Issued IDs (both borrower and spouse, if married)
✅ Proof of Billing Address (electricity, water, or internet bill)
✅ Title of Property (TCT for land or Condominium CCT)
✅ Special Power of Attorney (SPA) – If the borrower is abroad or represented by someone else
