PAG-IBIG Housing Loan Requirements for OFWs

Housing Loan Application Form (fully completed)
Proof of Income – Any of the following:

  • Employment Contract (translated if not in English)
  • Latest payslip (3 months)
  • Certificate of Employment with salary details
    Valid IDs (both borrower and spouse, if married)
    Special Power of Attorney (SPA) – If an attorney-in-fact is processing the loan in the Philippines
    Proof of Billing Address (either local or abroad)
    Post-Dated Checks (PDCs) for monthly amortization

PAG-IBIG Housing Loan Requirements (For Locally Employed Borrowers)

Housing Loan Application Form (fully completed)
Proof of Income – Any of the following:

  • Latest Payslips (last 3 months)
  • Certificate of Employment with Salary Details
  • Income Tax Return (ITR) and BIR Form 2316
    Valid Government-Issued IDs (both borrower and spouse, if married)
    Proof of Billing Address (electricity, water, or internet bill)
    Title of Property (TCT for land or Condominium CCT)
    Special Power of Attorney (SPA) – If the borrower is abroad or represented by someone else
